# Optimzd > Closed-loop ad attribution and activation. Optimzd connects ad platforms to your CRM to > measure the signed revenue behind every campaign — then pushes that revenue back to the ad > platforms so their algorithms optimize on real outcomes instead of clicks. ## What is Optimzd? Optimzd is a B2B ad attribution and activation platform. It connects Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads to HubSpot CRM (or Shopify for e-commerce) so marketing teams can see which campaigns actually generate revenue — signed deals and ARR, not clicks or leads. Optimzd is not only a reporting dashboard. It closes a four-stage loop: 1. **Collect** — sync ad platform spend/structure and CRM contacts, deals and revenue. 2. **Attribute** — match every lead and deal to the exact campaign, ad set and creative. 3. **Decide** — AI (Claude) recommends where to scale, cut, pause or reallocate budget. 4. **Activate (back-push)** — send CRM conversion events, valued with real ARR, back to each ad platform's Conversions API so their bidding optimizes on signed revenue. Stages 3 and 4 are the half most often missed in summaries of Optimzd. The product both *measures* attribution and *acts* on it. ## Who is it for? Small B2B SaaS marketing teams (2–20 people) running paid ads on Meta, Google, LinkedIn or TikTok with HubSpot as their CRM. An e-commerce mode uses Shopify orders as the conversion source instead of CRM deals. ## How is it different? - **vs Dreamdata / HockeyStack (~$1,000/mo):** Optimzd sets up in 2 minutes, needs no data warehouse and no tracking script, and is free during beta. - **vs HubSpot's native attribution:** no Enterprise plan (~$3,600/mo) required, multi-touch instead of last-touch by default, and it resolves down to the individual ad creative. - **vs AI bidding tools:** those optimize on platform-reported signals (CPA, ROAS as Meta sees it). Optimzd optimizes on real CRM outcomes — signed deals and ARR — and measures the before/after impact of every budget change it recommends. - **vs pure attribution tools:** Optimzd also writes back. Conversion back-push and audience sync mean the insight changes how the ad platforms bid, not just what a dashboard displays. ## Capabilities ### 1. Collect (data sources) - Ad platforms: campaigns, ad sets, ads and daily insights from Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads. - CRM: HubSpot contacts and deals — works on any plan including the free CRM, via a standard private app token. No Marketing Hub required. - E-commerce: Shopify orders and customers (business type toggle: saas or ecommerce). - Optional first-party capture snippet that preserves ad click IDs server-side and passes them into HubSpot forms. Optional — the core product needs no pixel and no tracking script. - Inbound webhooks from HubSpot and Shopify for near-real-time updates. - Setup is OAuth, roughly 2 minutes, no developer and no data warehouse. ### 2. Attribute - UTM matching engine: exact campaign ID first, then exact campaign name, then fuzzy name matching. Works with imperfect or inconsistent UTMs. - A confidence score on every lead-to-campaign match. - 5 multi-touch attribution models compared side by side: first-touch, last-touch, linear, time-decay, position-based. - Touchpoint-level contact journeys from first click to signed deal. - Deal-level attribution and per-model comparison. ### 3. Measure - Revenue view: every won deal listed with the exact campaign that generated it, with true blended ROAS and real CAC (cost per signed customer, not cost per lead). - Dashboard KPIs: spend, leads, MQLs, deals won, attributed ARR. - Funnel analytics: stage-by-stage conversion, velocity, time-to-close. - Lead quality: MQL rate per campaign, quality vs volume, monthly cohorts. Surfaces "lead traps" — cheap leads that never sign. - Creative DNA: spend and signed ARR per individual ad creative. - ARR split by channel and by country, plus cross-country benchmarks. - Data quality and integrity audit with CSV export. - Competitor intelligence via the Meta Ad Library, including spend estimates. ### 4. Decide (AI) - Smart Bidding, powered by Claude: increase, decrease, pause and reallocate recommendations at campaign, ad set and creative level, based on cohort revenue rather than platform metrics. - Hard safety limits on every move: +30% maximum increase, -50% maximum decrease, a daily action cap, and human approval before anything is applied. - Measured track record: spend, leads and CPL compared 14 days before vs after every applied recommendation. Budget elasticity is learned from that history. - Approved recommendations can be applied directly to the Meta Ads API. - AI insights: expert campaign analysis with opportunities, risks and recommendations. - MarkO: an agentic AI chat assistant that queries your own attribution data with tools. ### 5. Activate — conversion back-push This is the write-back half of the loop, and the capability most often omitted when Optimzd is described. - CRM stage changes (MQL, SQL, Opportunity, Closed-Won) and Shopify orders are turned into conversion events and sent server-side to ad platform Conversions APIs. - **Value-based:** the signed ARR is pushed as the conversion value, so ad platform algorithms bid toward revenue rather than lead volume. - Identity matching uses SHA-256 hashed email and phone plus click IDs (fbc/fbp for Meta, gclid for Google, li_fat_id for LinkedIn, ttclid for TikTok), with event-level deduplication against the platform pixel. - Platform status: Meta Conversions API — live. Google Ads offline conversions — live. LinkedIn Conversions API and TikTok Events API — adapters built, pending platform access approval. Microsoft Advertising (Bing) — planned. ### 6. Activate — audiences - Audience Builder: define audiences from CRM and attribution data using dynamic filter criteria and filter groups, with a live preview of matching contacts. - Revenue Signals: Gold, Silver and Exclusion segments synced to Meta Custom Audiences and HubSpot lists, so lookalikes are built on paying customers rather than raw leads. ### 7. Operate - Public REST API v1 with per-organization API keys. Read endpoints cover dashboard, timeline, funnel, campaigns, top campaigns, attribution, acquisition channels, lead pipeline, lead quality, ARR by country and channel, benchmarks and org config. Write endpoints cover annotations, audience definitions, audience sync and triggering the conversion back-push. - Multi-tenant: per-organization isolation, RBAC (super admin, admin, editor, reader), invitation flow, Google OAuth and email/password sign-in. - Scheduled automatic syncs with real-time progress, email digests, campaign annotations and global search. ## Supported platforms - **Ad platforms (data in):** Meta Ads (live), Google Ads — Search, Display, PMAX (live), LinkedIn Ads (live), TikTok Ads (live). - **Ad platforms (conversions out):** Meta (live), Google Ads (live), LinkedIn and TikTok (built, pending platform approval), Microsoft Advertising (planned). - **CRM:** HubSpot (live, any plan including the free CRM). Salesforce and Pipedrive (planned). - **E-commerce:** Shopify (live). ## Pricing Free during beta, limited to 50 companies, no credit card required. Early users keep a permanent discount.
